Conclusion

In conclusion, temperate rainforests in British Columbia are important as they are the lungs of the earth because the many trees that live in them provide oxygen. Temperate rainforests are home to many different species so it is important to keep their home safe. Plants give us oxygen and produce oxygen gas which is important for animals and plants and its what keeps our blood cells alive. Temperate rainforests should be protected because they nurture plants and animals that provide life’s essentials such as food, medicine and water.

We are the biggest threats to rainforests and we need to be aware of the damage we have created in these forests. But we can prevent these from becoming worse. Recycling will reduce the amount of trees that need to be cut down and spreading awareness will help people become more aware of their actions.
